 TMD game design document.

the idea for a tmd game is that it would be a mix between a visual novel and a tower defense game.

the basic game play and plot is that the girls of tmd have been cursed to transform into demons after one week and during that week the main character (You) is charged with stopping that transformation.
To do this the player must build towers in a heroens heart to prevent the corruption from taking over. ( Hence tower defense)
the player would need to spend points to build these towers which would be earned by making the girls fall in love with him, I.E the more affection the girls have for the player the more points the player has to build towers.  

to earn affection the player must help the girl threw there daily lives. with points being added when ever the player dose or says something they like and having points taken away when the player dose or says something they dislike.

the player would be able to transform a girl at any time to help situational needs. such as if a girl is becoming stressed out due to worrying about an upcoming test then a little bimbofication would help her relax, thus earning the player points, however if the player leaves said girl a bimbo on the day of the test she will fail causing you to lose points. just the same if you transformed a girl into a nerd while she is stressing out she would get even more stressed and affection would go down. but if you bimbo'd her during the study time and then turned her into a nerd just before the test she would pass and thus the player would gain affection.

another situation would be the girl is getting bullyed. turning her into a bimbo or a nerd would cause the bulling to get worse and the player would lose affection. turning her into a bitch would cause her to join the bullies and the player would receive no points. however giving her some sort of heroic transformation would cause her to stand up to the bullies gaining the player points.

another situation is that a girl has to put on some kind of performance in which case leaving her normal would get you neutral points. bimboing her would earn a few points, but transforming her into a bitch would boost her confidence causing her to do well, granting the player the most points.


the transformations would be caused by one time use items bought at the mage depot which the player pays for by spending time working. both the single use items and the need to work as well as spending time with the girls, thus creating a game about balancing time spent.


the transformations will be split between main forms. and sub forms. main forms include-
Normal form: good for day to day life but bad for dealing with crises.
bimbo form: Good for events that require sex appeal but bad for events that require intelligence.
nerd form: good for events that require intelligence but bad for events that require sexiness.

subforms are modified versions of the main forms.

age up: makes a form older making the girl more mature and making her more experienced. (the bimbo form might take turn into a house wife.)
age down: makes a form younger causing her to become more innocent. ( The bimbo form would become a curious kid)
bitchfication: causes a form to become more confident but makes them mean. ( The bimbo form may become more forward then normal)
herofication: makes them both confident and good but makes them more gullible and clumsy. ( The bimbo form would become more confident but also become even dumber)

I think this sounds awesome!

Perhaps there should be an unlockable item that has infinite uses for transformation? Only for those who have beaten the game multiple times though, and just want to skip to certain scenes easier.
